Move from manual drag to production workflow automation
Waggle builds AI automation and connected workflow systems for Dubai teams. We connect the tools you already use so approvals, routing, document intake and reporting can move from trigger to action with clear ownership.
AI handles suitable language-heavy steps such as extraction, classification and drafting. Rules, integrations and human approvals handle the parts that need predictable control. The aim is a usable operating workflow, not an AI agent added for its own sake.
Bring us one workflow that takes too much chasing. Tell us who owns it, which tools it crosses and what a completed result looks like. We will assess what can be automated, what should stay with a person and what it would take to deliver. Discuss your workflow with Waggle.
Inspect a workflow before discussing your own
Our public Real Estate Bot example makes three routes inspectable: a complete inquiry, missing information and an unavailable agent. It illustrates the implementation pattern without claiming a customer result. For a delivered-work account, read the anonymized approval workflow case study; its outcomes are qualitative, not a published savings percentage.
| What you can inspect | What to bring to your project |
|---|---|
| A missing-field route that asks for more information | Your required fields and authoritative source |
| A named handoff or visible exception | The owner, escalation rule and acceptance condition |
| A review step before a consequential action | Which decisions must remain with your team |
From inquiry to accountable handoff
This is the reference workflow behind the browser demonstration, not a claim that a live CRM integration is included:
- Receive: accept the inquiry from an authorized source and preserve its reference.
- Check: required fields and deterministic routing rules decide whether the inquiry is complete.
- Review or route: incomplete information returns for review; a complete inquiry receives an available owner; an unavailable owner creates a visible escalation.
- Confirm: record the handoff result before treating the inquiry as completed. A real integration would also need duplicate detection, retry limits and an agreed manual fallback.
Open the demonstration and try each branch. The distinction matters: a drafted message, an assigned task and a delivered customer response are three different outcomes.
Turn this into your own scope: download the first-release project brief. It includes permission, duplicate, outage and recovery checks as well as the successful path. Fill it in privately, then send a non-confidential outline through Contact WAGGLE. No signup is needed to use the template.
If the workflow needs a bespoke user interface as well as integrations, we can scope that through custom software development.
Our first-party WAGGLE search-visibility case study shows the same measurement discipline in our own business: distinguish an observed technical result from an indexed page, a visit or a customer enquiry.
Delivery scope
- workflow mapping tied to real operators and real owners
- custom automation logic and integrations
- AI-assisted extraction, summarization, classification, and drafting where useful
- approval controls and retry-safe delivery
- deployment, monitoring, and production hardening
What a first engagement usually looks like
- one workflow chosen because the delay is already visible
- one owner who can define what “better” means operationally
- a map of systems, approvals, and failure points before any build starts
- a production path that keeps deterministic logic deterministic and uses AI only where it creates leverage
Not sure whether the workflow is ready? Use our AI readiness audit checklist before selecting a model or buying another tool.
Put numbers around the bottleneck: our free automation ROI calculator estimates released capacity, running costs and first-year value in AED. Bring the assumptions to discovery; the result is a planning scenario, not a price quote or guaranteed saving.
What we need to scope the project
Share a non-confidential description of the process, approximate weekly volume, the systems involved and a named business owner. Do not send passwords or customer records through the inquiry form. During discovery, we agree the access, data boundaries and examples needed for a useful assessment.
The proposed scope should identify the trigger, system of record, integrations, review steps, exception handling and acceptance checks. Recurring model, hosting and third-party costs belong in that discussion, not hidden after the build.
Estimate those costs at the expected workflow volume and agree usage limits, spend approval and the support arrangement. A low-volume pilot does not establish the cost of a full production rollout.
How we decide whether the pilot works
| Question | Baseline to record | Acceptance check to agree |
|---|---|---|
| Is work moving faster? | Current turnaround time | Compare the same workflow before and after the pilot |
| Is the team doing less rework? | Manual touches and corrections | Review exceptions alongside completed work |
| Is the result dependable? | Failed or unowned handoffs | Check retries, escalation and a named fallback owner |
| Is it worth running? | Cost per completed workflow | Include review time, software and provider usage |
These are measures to agree for your project, not promised savings. Our anonymized approval workflow case study shows the delivery pattern and the limits of the available evidence.
Make the handover part of acceptance
Agree the operator runbook, access responsibilities, alert and exception owner, recovery procedure and any training required. Test what happens when an integration is unavailable or an approval is missed, not only the successful path. Code and account access, ongoing support and future changes should be explicit in the project scope and contract.
Social media automation for brand teams
Social media automation connects the work around a post: brief, draft, review, account selection, scheduling and delivery checks. The useful goal is fewer missed handoffs, not removing the person responsible for the brand's claims or publishing decisions.
If you need a product for supported social operations, explore Social Bee by Waggle, its content planning workflow and social media approval controls. If you need a bespoke connection between your content operations and other business systems, WAGGLE can assess a separate integration project. Product subscriptions, provider permissions and custom development are separate scopes.
Bring one example campaign, the tools it crosses and the point where work gets stuck. We can map the handoff, identify a human approval owner and define how a failed or uncertain publishing outcome should be checked before anyone retries.
Other workflows to assess
