After more than 15 years across growth, digital, CRM, retention, and execution roles, including work inside major regional retail environments such as Azadea Group, Apparel Group, and Landmark Group, Shaheer moved closer to the systems layer itself. Waggle grew out of that shift: building AI-native systems, custom software, and delivery foundations for businesses that need execution to hold up properly.
Waggle was built around a simple idea: if the workflow is unclear, the technology will not save it. The useful work starts by reducing drag and making the system easier to trust.
